About Me
My name is Gervásio José Manave, 29 years old, married to Sarra Luís Fernando, and father of a 2 year old girl.
In 2013 I accepted Jesus as lord and savior of my life, and when I finished my general high school (12th grade) I went to Bible school at the Rainbow ministries in Maputo where I learned more about the word of God and developed the call of God in my life. God called me to evangelism and spoke to me in many ways to have passion for the lost and His children. After my biblical training, I began to dedicate myself to evangelism, preaching The Word of God in markets, hospitals, centers for the elderly, hotels and jails.
In 2019 I had the privilege of developing my experience as a missionary, being with Pro-Visao, Mocambique, demonstrating God's love to the victims of cyclone Idai in many wonderful ways.
My Ministry
I am dedicated evangelism and mobilizing young people to be actively involved in evangelism. As a result I planted a Church and trained a leader to take care of God's children at the church.
My vision is to cooperate with other ministries, helping them to realize the great commission and its visions that could not be realized due to limitations. Wherever the Lord has presented a need He used me to help other spiritual leaders in areas of their ministry specifically in: Evangelism; Counseling (financial, matrimonial and spiritual); Mentoring (older and younger).
I have been working in community development, counseling parents and children in early unions and educating young people to fight for their dreams to come true.
I take part as a member of Provision-Mozambique helping in the care of orphans, from goods (clothing and food) to necessities. Promoting Christian events such as: Live School (Mission School); International Day of Orphans; Evangelism through Jesus film.
I want to serve GOD universally without barriers of denominations, and to be an instrument of GOD for the Church of CHRIST- inside and outside the country.
Training
This amazing training will allow some of the Cabo Delgado pastors and leaders to escape their situation in the North of Mocambique where these servants of Christ are being persecuted for their faith by Islamist extremists. This program will give them a chance to rejuvenate their physical and spiritual wellbeing in the Presence of Father God. They will also be able to learn new ways of being prepared mentally, physically and spiritually; fighting this spiritual battle with rejuvenated courage, strength, hope and faith. These leaders will be returning home after their studies to live out their faith among a troubled nation and people. The Light of Christ will be seen in their and their family’s lives among the people they are serving.

Projects
Pro-Visao, Mocambique is a supporting ministry from Xai-Xai, Gaza province, Mocambique whose vision is to mobilize and equip National missionaries and disaster support. We host training for pastors and leaders from many different provinces in Mocambique. Our program includes pastors and leaders evangelizing the communities in connection with several different local pastors and their congregations. The training pastors and leaders also work around the compound doing several ministerial chores, included in the Live School program, like cleaning, maintenance and farming. Teambuilding and servanthood is near to our hearts at Pro-Visao, Mocambique.
